Add 3 homepage design variants for comparison

- /home1: Swiss Editorial (light mode, Space Grotesk, vermilion red)
- /home2: Digital Brutalism (dark, Clash Display, sharp yellow, fullscreen menu)
- /home3: Warm Luxury (warm dark, Instrument Serif, gold, floating pill nav, GSAP)

Each variant has unique typography, color palette, layout, and navigation.
Includes lenis smooth scroll and GSAP ScrollTrigger for animations.
